SWC Technology Partners is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic internal Corporate Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.  This position will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of a variety of internal full-time technology and support positions. We are looking for someone who wants to build relationships with the Chicagoland IT talent pool. The ideal candidate will be someone who learns quickly, loves to take on new challenges and is eager to join an innovative award winning company that values its employees. The Corporate Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager.


  • Identify potential candidates through intensive sourcing activities using job boards, employee referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and improve sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage and maintain data within the corporate ATS (applicant tracking system), develop and maintain talent pipelines
  • Conduct the initial phone screening to determine qualifications and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates
  • Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Advise and consult with hiring managers on candidate selection
  • Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates throughout the sourcing and hiring process
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, selection and hiring cycle


  • 2 -7 years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate, consulting or staffing capacity
  • Three (3) or more years of proven experience using internet recruiting best practice strategies
  • Two (2) or more years of proven experience using an ATS (applicant tracking systems)
  • Proven ability to take direction and complete tasks individually and collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
  • Strong understanding of consulting services/professional services model
  • Clear understanding of labor rules and regulation that govern recruiting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with candidates and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year University preferred
  • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
