SWC Technology Partners is searching for a full time IT Quality and Compliance Specialist to support our Managed Services team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the successful delivery of IT Services to include quality checks, auditing of Service Level agreements (SLA) and Quality of Service (QoS) reporting.
A successful candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing tickets, administrative data, governance metrics and operational outputs to ensure best possible Quality of Service. This person will report on SLA attainment against defined goals to ensure requirements are met or exceeded. Furthermore, provide follow up and status reporting of findings, communicate effectively while quickly identifying and resolving delivery issues.
