  • Overview

    This role will provide daily project analysis and determine resource allocation for multiple information technology (IT) teams and projects.  Main responsibilities include authoring staffing logistics, projecting regular status updates, champion reporting of staffs’ time, and providing internal training of various IT systems. 

    Responsibilities

    • Fully responsible for the management of our time reporting system, Autotask. This role will oversee and report on team’s time reporting to include monitoring non-billable, parked or admin time and report accordingly
    • Coordinate daily processes to ensure adoption and adherence to defined standards
    • Determine and coordinate staff resource distribution and logistics
    • Facilitate and provide up to date accurate staffing reports of project status, inventory and track open projects
    • Author, document and deliver IT project audit reports and perform due diligence on compliance to defined standards
    • Manage and conduct department level new hire onboarding of systems and processes
    • Support the team in other projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • One (1) or more years’ experience analyzing technology projects, higher education project experience, or IT operations for service-based team required
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues, required
    • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, JIRA experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in coordinating IT staff groups in a consulting project environment preferred
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment
